2. Age Restrictions
Fireworks are strictly prohibited for sale to persons under the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Proof of age may be requested upon delivery or collection.
3. Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value where necessary or cancel orders where stock is unavailable. Customers will be notified as soon as possible in such cases.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full before goods are dispatched or collected. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time without notice.
5. Delivery
Delivery is available to selected UK mainland locations. A signature is required upon delivery, and the recipient must be aged 18 or over. Failed deliveries due to no one being available may incur additional delivery charges.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary during peak seasonal periods such as Bonfire Night.
6. Click & Collect
Customers collecting orders must provide proof of purchase and valid photo identification confirming they are over 18. Orders must be collected within the agreed collection window.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of fireworks and explosives regulations, we cannot accept returns once products have been collected or delivered unless goods are faulty or damaged.
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Faulty items will be assessed and replaced or refunded where appropriate in accordance with consumer rights legislation.
8. Use of Fireworks
All fireworks must be used responsibly and in accordance with UK law and manufacturer instructions. Fireworks must not be used in public places or outside permitted hours unless authorised for organised displays.
We accept no liability for misuse or failure to follow safety guidance.
9. Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of products supplied. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights.
10. Website Use
All website content including images, branding and text remains our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.
11. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website, you consent to the collection and use of information as outlined therein.
12. Governing Law
