The video file is about 23MB and runs for about 15 minutes.
The control buttons at the bottom fade out after a few seconds but will reappear if the mouse moves over the video.
If you are seeing pauses in the video and or the sound is broken up it indicates that your internet connection is not fast enough to fetch the video as you watch. In that case turn the sound down and leave it running, when the video is complete press the Play button, the video should then run smoothly.
