Dear Mr Popat,
Following our centenary extravaganza last night, I am writing to thank you for your very generous provision of the fireworks which gave us such a spectacular finale for our evening - and indeed for our centenary. I know that we paid for the fireworks, but we were treated to a wonderful display, far greater in both quality and quantity than we expected. Everyone who attended was amazed at the display, and all really enjoyed the evening as a whole.
During the display, I found myself also admiring the work of your team who were actually orchestrating the fireworks. How expert they must be to handle such potentially dangerous material so confidentally - and how artistic too. No doubt they take pride in the putting on of a good display. They can certainly be proud of what they achieved yesterday evening. Do please pass my thanks on to them also.

Hi Shay,
Just a quick note to say the two packs of fireworks have arrived safe and sound. All I have to do now is fight the urge to fire them until New Year's Eve.
Thanks for all your help with the order and the prompt delivery. As per usual your service has been excellent and I shall be recommending you to family and friends for all their pyrotechnic needs!!

I've had a great time working for you over the last month and I think I am not the only one thinking you are a great boss, so many thanks to you for giving me this truly excellent opportunity.
I am going to bring the fireworks and sparklers to my friend's birthday party on Friday, they should be really nice, and there is another friend who has asked me to get him some sparklers also.

Just to let you know that the fireworks you sold me for our little do were as expected, fantastic. The star of the show was the big round cake - I think it was called Pyro Mania. Even the ones I had left from the Scout display last year were OK.

Hi Shay,
Just a quick note to let you know that the fireworks left over from the washed out Golden Wedding display were finally set off on Saturday at our local Church's 80th Anniversary.
What can I say, your recommendations were right!
The 'Titanic 801' was fantastic, as was the 'Crazy Horses' and the 'Thundering Tyrant'.

A great big thank you for the excellent service you and your company provided to us! We were apprehensive about buying over the internet and how the fireworks would be, especially given that £100 seems a lot for family and friends (but not in the grand scheme of things). We had an absolute blast, however, and everyone commented on the quality of the product.
