I just wanted to send you a quick reply to say thank you for your excellent Customer Service on 4th July, waiting for us when we were delayed in traffic was very much appreciated. Also, the Display box we purchased was the best value for money I have seen in a very long time. The fireworks were plentiful and the fun and Enjoyment was just ‘awesome’..... Even though it was a back yard 4th July celebration, the whole neighborhood really enjoyed the show and many applauded the spectacular display. Thanks again for a value for money and quality product. See you on November 5th for some more………

received from your company, but also the quality of the material you have supplied to us.
As you know we have now placed a couple more orders with yourselves through your website. On each occasion we were kept informed by e-mail of the status of the order. On the last occasion you even phoned us on a Sunday morning only hours after the order was placed to check some details. An excellent service. The material arrived promptly well packaged and in good condition. A credit to yourself and your staff.

I have bought fireworks from other suppliers previously but I felt that your's were very good quality.
I felt that the rockets were particularly impressive and were some of the loudest that we had ever heard.

Dear Shay
This is just a short note to thank you very much for creating an excellent selection of fireworks for our use on the 5th November. As you know, I left the choice of fireworks to you, after giving you a rough idea of what I wanted. The display was a complete success and quite a few people said thatit was even better than our millennium display of January 2000.
The only problem we encountered was that a number of people have pleaded with us to have another party/display on the 1st January. Unfortunately, because of our personal arrangements, this will not be possible. However what a great compliment and recommendation for the quality of fireworks and the thought which you must have put into choosing them.
Many thanks for all of your help. Without doubt, I will be contacting you next year to arrange our display for November 5th.

To all at Chinese fireworks.
The fireworks I let off are the most fantastic I have ever seen.
The devastating bangs of colour and noise were amazing.
My party of friends and family enjoyed them so much, that we are going to order more for the new year.
Dodging the sparks and bangs of this magnitude was an honour for a pyromaniac like myself.

I have been having private display's for the past ten years and have bought fireworks of all types from many different suppliers across the country many of which would probably be your competitors, from the time i placed my first order with you i knew from the promt delivery and reliable service that i was on to a winner, but i never expected the service to extend to the level you have taken it to.

Just a note to say that the fireworks I ordered from you were very good.
This was the first time I had fireworks from you.
Everyone at our party was impressed.
We were impressed by the swiss cones - they attained a good height. The 9 cake pack was also excellent. All the rockets were good.
I was very impressed and I will be ordering fireworks from you again in the near future. I have also mentioned your company to all our friends.
