They are here! Christopher checked the boxes and was delighted with the rocket substitutions. Many thanks for the swift delivery (2 days) as we are now free the rest of the week with no need to worry about the delivery and as we are on holiday we did hope to have some days out. All I need to get is some sparklers, I did think you giant coloured were so good but if I buy yours we will be in the garden until next firework night trying to use them up! Nevermind - perhaps next year your boxes will contain a few packs.
Hope you and your staff/family have time to recover after 5 November, and once again thanks.

Sorry I haven't ordered in the last two years, but I have been in New
Zealand, no one could match the quality of your fireworks, The kids were extremely dissapointed that we could not get your fireworks in New Zealand.
Im now back in the UK and would like you to put together a display pack
to the value of £250.00 for me please.

I'm afraid we have acquired a reputation for having a fantastic firework display each year, and that is, of course, your fault!!
If the fireworks were not so terrific, people would not expect so much from us. I am looking forward to receiving this order.
I think this year is going to be the best yet. People are now cancelling invitations to other displays so that they can come to ours. Thanks for all you help, support and advice over the years.

Well I've just placed my order through your website as discussed, and everything went fine, I found it very easy to order.
Your new website design is fantastic, really impressive, and professional, like your new brochure. I hope that you do really well with it.
By the way, last year we ordered a 'millennium big eleven pack', which you said at the time was a good choice. You were right, we took it to a wedding as a surprise, and the Bride & Groom were absolutely delighted. Everyone was truly amazed by the display, including the coastguard!!
Keep up the good service, and I hope my online order is the first of many.

Dear Shay,
My friends wedding was last weekend and the fireworks were superb. They were a definite highlight of the evening. I thought your recommendations were perfect, I was most impressed with the quality of the display for the £200 budget. I completely agree with you about the Zink rockets, even the 2oz ones were excelent - great value for money. Your selection of cakes was also good.
Thanks for all your help. I really appreciate everything you did to ensure that I got the fireworks via your new mail order system. There were about 50 or so people at the wedding and most of them were very interested to know where I had got the fireworks from. I would not hesitate to recommend you to them. I feel that I got well informed, professional and very friendly service from you. I enjoyed setting them off so much that I may try and persuade some friends to chip in for a November firework night. If I do then I would certainly come back and use you again.

I bought a £200 display kit from you a couple of weeks ago for my daughter's wedding last Saturday.
I was astounded by how good it was. We had seventy five people there and so many said it was the highlight of the evening. People thought we had paid at least £1,000. Several asked where we got them from and so, with any luck, you will get more business from satisfied customers.
